Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coastal Carolina Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, applications, and services, including TimeFlow, CrowdFrame, Appointments, and Receptionist (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

Description of Services

Coastal Carolina Tech LLC provides software solutions for small businesses, including:

• TimeFlow: Employee time tracking and workforce management
• CrowdFrame: Event photo collection and gallery management
• Appointments: Scheduling and booking management (coming soon)
• Receptionist: Queue management and visitor check-in (coming soon)

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

User Content

Payment Terms

• MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
• THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COASTAL CAROLINA TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coastal Carolina Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations
• We may delete your account and User Content after a reasonable period

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the applicable Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
